6. General Assembly UCESIF 2018

7. The 12-th Civil Society Media Seminar

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) organized in Athens, with the support of the Economic and Social Council of Greece (OKE), on 22 and 23 November 2018, the 12-th Civil Society Media Seminar on the topic of "Reasserting Europe’s Values". The event brought together communication experts and political scientists, press officers, journalists, EESC members, delegates of various European economic and social councils. On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, the Social and Economic Council of Curaçao (SER), which holds the presidency of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS) for the term 2023-2025, organized an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors online (CA) of AICESIS. All four areas whose ESCs make up the Governing Council, namely Africa, Europe, Eurasia/Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean, were represented at the meeting and a quorum was met for decision-making.
